IIT JEE Result Declared - A report

On Friday IIT declared its IIT JEE exam result. For first time the IIT JEE  exam was conducted in two stages, JEE main and JEE advance. For First time result of class XII was would be taken into account.
If a student has scored well in IIT JEE exam but fail to be top 20 percentile of class XII result. will not be considered to get admission in IITs. The first Counselling is from 24 June 2013 to 30 June 2013 and physical verification of documents like XII marks sheet, Cast certificate , etc will be done from 4 to 8 July 2013.

TOPPER 
Pallerai Sai Sandeep Reddy toped IIT JEE 2013 with 332 marks out of 360, and he decided to join IIT Bombay with computer science.

First Time in IIT JEE
 For the First time in IIT JEE history, two girls has made their entry in top 10 ranking. Aditi  Laddha has taken 6th rank in JEE 2013 with 320 marks out of 360. And other girl sibbala Lena Madhuri scored 314.

This year a total of 152351 Student qualified for JEE Advance and only 115971 actually appeared in exam.
A sum of 14336 student has been called for Counselling.

Super Thirty
This year 28 of 30 student of the famous Patna institute "Super 30" have cracked the IIT JEE Entrance exam, Super Thirty was founded by a Mathematician Anand Kumar in 2002, which also Provides free tuition to economically weaker class students.
